Direct Shipment Help File

The required information for the Wine Manufacturer’s Direct Shipment Report must be submitted in the form of a computer Data File for each part of the current paper forms. Data may be submitted to the New York State Liquor Authority in either a spreadsheet data format, such as Microsoft Excel, or as a tab-delimited text file. The field requirements for each computer Data File are provided on the following links:

  •    Data File Format instructions:   Wine Manufacturer’s Report (part 1) of all Wine Produced by the Manufacturer that was Directly Sold and Shipped to New York State Resident Customers for Personal Use and Not for Resale – Part 1.

  •    Data File Format instructions:   Wine Manufacturer’s Report (part 2) of all Wine Produced by the Manufacturer that was Directly Sold and Shipped to New York State Resident Customers for Personal Use and Not for Resale – Part 2.
